1. Your Right to Delete Your Data
At Gridexlabs LLC, we respect your right to control your personal data. You may request the complete deletion of your GridexLabs account and all associated data at any time. This right applies to all users regardless of geographic location, and we are committed to processing your request promptly and transparently.
When you delete your account, we will permanently remove all personally identifiable information linked to your GridexLabs profile from our active systems and databases, subject to the limited exceptions described below.
2. How to Request Account Deletion
You can request the deletion of your GridexLabs account and all associated data using either of the following methods:
Method 1: In-App Deletion
The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the GridexLabs app:
- Open the GridexLabs app and log in to your account
- Navigate to Settings
- Select Account
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm your identity through the verification prompt
- Confirm the deletion request
Method 2: Email Request
If you are unable to access the app, you may submit a deletion request via email:
- Send an email to info@gridexlabs.com
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include the email address or username associated with your GridexLabs account
- Our team will respond within 48 hours to verify your identity and initiate the deletion process
3. What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon a verified account deletion request, the following categories of data will be permanently removed from our systems:
- Account credentials -- username, email address, and hashed password
- Profile information -- display name, avatar, bio, and any customization settings
- Game progress and statistics -- levels completed, scores, rankings, and performance metrics
- Virtual currency balances -- all Cash, Gold, and Diamonds held in your account
- Inventory and item ownership -- all 70+ collectible and purchasable items tied to your account
- Vehicle and property ownership -- all vehicles, properties, and related upgrades
- Shop and business data -- any in-game businesses, shops, and their associated revenue or inventory
- Location history -- GPS-based location data and movement history recorded during gameplay
- Chat and message history -- all private messages, group chats, and in-game communications
- Friend list and social connections -- all friend requests, friend lists, and social interactions
- Clan membership data -- clan affiliation, role, contributions, and related records
- Employment and salary records -- in-game employment history, salary data, and job-related progress
- Quest and achievement history -- all completed quests, unlocked achievements, and reward records
4. What Data May Be Retained
In certain limited circumstances, we may be required or permitted to retain specific data even after your account has been deleted. This data is kept only as long as necessary for the stated purpose:
Transaction Records
Records of financial transactions, including in-app purchases and payment history, may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with applicable legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
Anonymized and Aggregated Analytics
Data that has been fully anonymized and aggregated (meaning it can no longer be linked to you or any individual) may be retained for analytics and service improvement purposes. This data does not constitute personal information.
Fraud Prevention Data
Certain data may be retained in a limited and secure manner to prevent fraud, enforce our terms of service, or protect the safety and security of our users and platform.
Law Enforcement Requests
If we have received a valid legal request from law enforcement or a regulatory authority, we may be required to preserve certain data as mandated by applicable law, even after an account deletion request has been submitted.
5. Deletion Timeline
Once your account deletion request has been verified, we will process the deletion of your data within 30 days. During this period:
- Your account will be immediately deactivated and will no longer be accessible
- Your profile, game data, and social connections will no longer be visible to other users
- Our systems will systematically purge all associated data from active databases
- Backup systems may take up to an additional 30 days to fully propagate the deletion
You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion process has been completed.
6. Important Considerations
Please read the following carefully before requesting account deletion:
- Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account and data have been deleted, they cannot be recovered or restored under any circumstances.
- All virtual currency and items will be lost. Any remaining Cash, Gold, Diamonds, inventory items, vehicles, properties, and businesses will be permanently forfeited.
- Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately. If you have any active subscriptions related to GridexLabs, you must cancel them directly through the Google Play Store. Deleting your GridexLabs account does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by Google Play, and you may continue to be charged until the subscription is cancelled.
- Linked third-party accounts. If you signed in using a third-party service (such as Google), deleting your GridexLabs account does not affect that third-party account. However, the link between the third-party service and GridexLabs will be removed.
7. Verification Process
To protect your account from unauthorized deletion, we require identity verification before processing any deletion request:
- In-app requests: You must be logged in to the account you wish to delete. You will be prompted to re-enter your password or complete an additional authentication step before the deletion is confirmed.
- Email requests: You must send the request from the email address registered to your GridexLabs account. Our team may ask you to provide additional verification details, such as your username, the date your account was created, or recent transaction information.
These measures are in place to prevent unauthorized or accidental deletion of accounts. If we are unable to verify your identity, we will notify you and provide instructions on how to complete the verification.
